The Irishman 12 Year Old is a triple-distilled Irish single malt that balances orchard fruit and vanilla sweetness with warming spice. Twelve years in first-fill bourbon casks give it a clearly defined character, with oak supporting the fruit throughout.

Apple and pear sit alongside cinnamon and clove, while black pepper adds definition to the sweeter palate. Creamy fudge and dark chocolate bring further richness to the finish.

Made entirely from Irish barley, this is an appealing choice for drinkers who enjoy bourbon-matured single malt with a balance of fruit, sweetness and gently assertive oak.

Nose: Sweet Spicy Notes, Vanilla, Cinnamon and Clove. Balanced with Apples and Pears, and some charred wood
