Glendalough Peated Pot Still brings delicate peat smoke to the creamy texture and warming spice of Irish pot still whiskey. Made with malted and unmalted barley, including peated malt, it combines earthy smokiness with apple, honeyed malt and gentle nuttiness.
Bourbon maturation followed by an extended period in virgin Irish oak adds toasted wood, vanilla and spice. The result suits drinkers who enjoy a subtle smoky influence alongside fruit and a full-bodied palate, with Wicklow-grown oak providing a distinctive part of its character.
