Dublin Liberties Keeper’s Coin is a 16-year-old Irish single malt with a rich combination of fruit, chocolate and mature oak. Bourbon maturation followed by a Pedro Ximénez sherry finish gives it a full-bodied character, balancing sweetness with wood spice.

Citrus, vanilla and gooseberry lead into darker notes of blackcurrant, coconut and chocolate, with tobacco and a trace of peppermint adding complexity. This is an appealing choice for drinkers who enjoy an aged single malt with pronounced oak character and a darker, sherry-influenced palate.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Citrus, Cinnamon with Vanilla Essence and Gooseberry, Burnt Caramel and Floral Notes on the Nose

Palate: Damp Wood, Blackcurrant, Smokey Tobacco, Coconut, Dark Chocolate, Faint Peppermint and Caramello.

Finish: Lingering Wood Spice.
