Dublin Liberties Copper Alley is a 10-year-old Irish single malt that balances honeyed, floral sweetness with richer fruit and dark chocolate. Bourbon maturation followed by an oloroso sherry finish gives it a character that moves from delicate apple blossom to baked plums and ripe red grapes.

Golden syrup sweetness and rounded oak notes add depth without overwhelming the fruit. It is an appealing choice for drinkers who enjoy a sherry-finished single malt with both a bright aromatic opening and a richer, lingering finish.
