Thomond Gate Single Pot Still Danish Rye (HS-002)

Thomond Gate HS-002 is a single pot still Irish whiskey finished in a cask previously used for Barbados rum and Danish rye whisky from Stauning Distillery. Part of the Hlymrekr Saga releases, this single-cask bottling connects Irish whiskey with an unusual Caribbean and Scandinavian cask history.
