The Last Drop’s first Irish whiskey is a 32-year-old single malt created with Louise McGuane, founder of J.J. Corry. Selected from 1991-vintage stocks and finished in an Oloroso sherry butt, it combines mature fruit, nut and chocolate flavours with a gently warming, light character.
