Roe & Co Flor explores a lighter, fruit-led side of sherry-influenced Irish whiskey. This 14-year-old single grain combines bright citrus and orchard fruit with almond sweetness, a creamy palate and gentle warming spice.
Its defining detail is a finish in Fino and Amontillado sherry casks. These bring a different perspective to sherry maturation, with a profile centred on zest, nuts and apricot rather than heavy dried-fruit richness.
Elegant and approachable, Flor offers plenty to explore, from green apple and marzipan aromas to apricot jam, fresh cream and a lingering toffee finish.
