Redbreast 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey with a rich, rounded character and a silky texture. Made at Midleton Distillery from malted and unmalted barley, it brings together fruit, warming spice and toasted wood in a balanced, full-flavoured style.
Vanilla sweetness and dried fruit sit alongside the distinctive sherry influence that defines Redbreast. Its depth of flavour is matched by an approachable palate and a long finish.
As the range’s signature expression, it offers an inviting introduction to single pot still whiskey, while providing plenty of complexity for those already familiar with the style.
