Red Spot is a fifteen-year-old single pot still Irish whiskey with a rich, fruit-led character and a substantial, full-bodied palate. Made at Midleton Distillery, it balances cooked orchard fruit and tropical sweetness with the lively spice of the pot still style.

Baked apple, mango and black cherry give it an expressive fruit profile, supported by hazelnut, toasted oak and a hint of leather. Sweet red pepper and cracked black pepper bring contrast to the ripe fruit.

Its combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Sicilian Marsala casks gives it particular depth, making it an engaging choice for drinkers who enjoy mature, wine-influenced Irish whiskey.
