The Hanson is a blended grain Irish whiskey with a bright, approachable character. Vanilla sweetness and toasted coconut meet pineapple, citrus and green apple, balancing richer American whiskey cask influences with fresh fruit.
Created by J.J. Corry from grain whiskeys sourced across Ireland, it showcases the depth that careful cask selection and blending can bring to this style. Its gently oily texture and warming spice give it enough substance for sipping neat, while its lively fruit character works equally well in a refreshing highball.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Bright and floral with a hint of deep oak
Palate: Ripe fruits and toasted vanilla notes. A rich, oily finish with a touch of ginger and warm spices
