A truly exceptional single-cask Irish whiskey release, Dunville’s 25 Year Old Single Malt (Cask 1205) marks the third exclusive collaboration between James J. Fox Dublin and Dunville’s Irish Whiskey, created to celebrate the 145th Anniversary of our iconic James J. Fox store on Grafton Street.

This is not only a landmark bottling for James J. Fox, but also the highest age statement ever released by Dunville’s Irish Whiskey, making it a historic moment for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Matured for 25 years and finished for approximately nine years in a Palo Cortado sherry cask, this rare single cask expression showcases Dunville’s renowned mastery of sherry cask maturation. Bottled at natural cask strength (53.4% ABV), it delivers remarkable depth, character, and elegance – a whiskey shaped by time, tradition, and expert cask selection.

With only 330 bottles made from this spectacular cask, each adorned by a bespoke presentation box, inspired by our iconic Grafton Street storefront. This exclusive release is available solely from James J. Fox Dublin, both online and in-store at the very premises on 119 Grafton Street.
