Following the hugely successful Inaugural Release of Drumshanbo's Single Pot Still whiskey, this regular bottling also stays true to Irish whiskey-making traditions. Distilled with malted Irish barley, unmalted Irish barley & Irish Barra oats. Unmalted barley imparts a silky mouthfeel when combined with Barra oats creates an intriguing creaminess & spiciness to the finish that truly sets this Irish whiskey apart. Aged in Sherry Oloroso & Kentucky Bourbon casks.
