Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2007 Rockside Farm

Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2007 Rockside Farm connects this unpeated single malt to a single field on Islay. Its barley was grown specifically for Bruichladdich, with slow distillation helping to preserve the grain’s delicate flavours and rich texture.

Malt, floral aromas and ripe fruit define its character, accompanied by citrus freshness and a creamy palate. A gentle salty edge adds a coastal dimension. It offers an interesting introduction to Bruichladdich’s exploration of barley provenance, with the identity of the farm taking centre stage.
