Cask KD041 was developed as a contemporary acknowledgement of Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey, using the Killowen style of production, with a GI-compliant mashbill of malted and unmalted barley, oats and wheat. It was matured for 3 years and 8 months in an ex-Kentucky bourbon quarter cask and finished for 7 months in a 120-litre amontillado sherry cask. The result is a fresh and crisp single pot still with an unmistakable citrusy and sweet character.

Bottled at cask strength of 57.2% and limited to 226 bottles.

"The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog"

The name for The Lazy Dog was inspired by this famous pangram and was chosen as the perfect companion for The Quick Brown Fox. An 8-year-old single pot still, firstly matured in ex Bourbon casks from Kentucky, USA, and re-casked to a carefully selected Pedro Ximénez cask from Jerez, Spain, The Lazy Dog has layers of wood spices that evolve into sweet vanilla and orange peels.

This release is limited to 600 individually numbered bottles.

The Quick Brown Fox is the continuation of the award-winning release of 180 bottles in 2023.

An 8-year-old single malt, firstly matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, before being disgorged into Amontillado and Oloroso Shery Casks, sourced directly from Montilla and Jerez by J.J. Corry founder, Louise McGuane. The final blend, chosen by James J. Fox, yields a rich and deep single malt with layers of walnuts and preserved fruit and a hint of tobacco.

This release is limited to 600 individually numbered bottles.

A beautiful single malt, aged in an ex-Bourbon cask and finished in a PX Sherry cask from the renowned Ximénez-Spínola bodegas. The result is a rich, burnished copper liquid that's sure to take you on a flavour trip to Jerez!

Cask #29637 was selected by the team at James J. Fox Dublin and bottled at cask strength of 57.4%, with a yield of just 288 decanters.

The Fercullen 17 Year Old Single Cask is the third incarnation of our collaboration with Powerscourt Distillery, following the hugely successful 13 and 15 Year Old releases.

A single grain, distilled in 2006 by Noel Sweeney and aged entirely in ex-bourbon barrels for 17+ years, the Fercullen 17 Year Old Single Cask is bottled at a 57.5%. Brings classic notes of warm popcorn, rich vanilla custard and light citrus.

Only 240 individually numbered bottles available, exclusively through James J. Fox Dublin – online, and directly in our Grafton Street store.

Cask 1670 was selected by James J. Fox Managing Director, Yiorgos Manesis, and his team, from among the finest casks in the Dunville’s warehouses, and approved by Graeme Millar from The Echlinville Distillery, proud custodians of Dunville’s Irish Whiskey.

This 21 Year Old Single Malt has been finished in a single Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask, bottled at cask strength (53.8% abv) and limited to just 337 bottles. Available exclusively from James J. Fox Dublin.
