The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt with a rich, dessert-like character. Its specially selected sherry casks bring together the nutty influence of Oloroso and the sweetness of Pedro Ximénez, complementing Dalmore’s orange, chocolate and spice profile.
Caramelised citrus and honeyed dried fruit introduce a palate of dark chocolate, almonds and cinnamon. A sweeter finish brings tropical fruit and creamy dessert flavours, making this an appealing choice for drinkers who enjoy expressive sherry influence with layers of fruit and spice.
