Xin Gin is an Irish dry gin that brings together European and Asian botanicals in a juniper-led style. Citrus, persimmon and herbal spice give it a distinctive character for gin and tonic or classic cocktails.
Created by Michelle and Gareth McAllister, it draws on their Irish roots and years spent living in Asia. Pronounced “shin”, Xin means “heart” or “feelings” in Mandarin.
