Ximenez-Spinola Diez Mil Botellas Brandy

Ximénez-Spínola Diez Mil Botellas is a Spanish brandy that preserves an older Jerez tradition: maturation in chestnut casks. Once widely used by the region’s coopers, chestnut allows the character of the Pedro Ximénez wine spirit to remain central.

The result is a gently rounded sipping brandy with an emphasis on fruit and balance, reflecting a style associated with Spain before American oak became commonplace.
