Tipperary Fairy Tree Gin

Another gin release from Tipperary Boutique Distillery and their head gin maker, Jennifer Nickerson.

It contains homegrown barley and hawthorn from the hedgerows surrounding their farm. Legend has it that the hawthorn (also called a fairy tree) should not be disturbed – the distillers keep it friendly with their local fairies by gifting them the first sip of each new batch!
