The Sexton is a triple-distilled Irish single malt made from 100% Irish malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry casks. Honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate define its character, with gentle spice and sweetness. Its mellow style lends itself to both neat pours and cocktails.
