Skellig Small Batch PX Sherry Finish

Skellig Small Batch combines pot still and grain Irish whiskeys in a rounded blend with gentle spice and rich sherry sweetness. Honeyed aromas and dried fruit lead into caramel, spiced nuts and dark chocolate, giving it an inviting balance of sweetness and structure.

Bourbon-cask maturation provides the foundation before a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finish adds depth and richness. The pot still component brings character and spice, keeping the sweeter flavours in balance.

Matured on the Skellig Coast in County Kerry, this is an approachable whiskey for sipping, serving over ice or mixing into an Irish Coffee.
