A beautiful expression of one of the rare Médoc estates to produce a white wine. Direct pressed, cold settled, and fermented with maturing on the lees. Treatment by gravity occurs in small batches. The winemaking process is adapted to each batch.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Intense and complex, combining lightly smoky mineral notes with white flower notes. On aeration, a fine touch of woody sweetness is added to the bouquet.
Palate: A full and unctuous attack where the fatness and vivacity complement each other to reach a beautiful balance.
Finish: Long and persistent.
