Redbreast 21 Year Old is a mature single pot still Irish whiskey with an aromatic, fruit-led character and a silky palate. Made at Midleton Distillery, it combines tropical freshness with dried-fruit richness, nutty depth and finely balanced spice.
More than two decades in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks bring layers of flavour without losing the whiskey’s expressive fruit character. Soft vanilla and toasted oak support the palate, followed by an exceptionally long finish.
