Micil Earls Island Single Pot Still Whiskey

A fruity spicy Single Pot Still Irish whiskey enriched by bordeaux red wine casks, with hints of soft turf smoke from ex-peated whisky casks. It pays homage to the great Galway Distilleries of the past, and to the Latin wine merchants of old who made the city their home.

Tasting notes:
Palate: Wondrous spice notes, full of boiled sweets, apple drops, touches of maraschino cherries, slightly tart redcurrants and rhubarb. There’s copious spice, cinnamon and nutmeg, along with marzipan and toasted notes.
