McConnell's Irish Whisky 5 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish

McConnell’s 5 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is a blend of Irish malt and grain whiskies with a rich, fruit-led character. Its Oloroso finish brings dried fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice to a foundation of bourbon-cask maturation.

Figs and currants lead into ripe cherries, dark berries and brown sugar sweetness. Bitter chocolate and oak provide balance, while hints of leather and clove add depth through the finish.

This expression suits drinkers who enjoy sherry-influenced Irish whisky with generous fruit, layered spice and a balance of sweetness and darker flavours.
