The Quick Brown Fox is a rich Irish single malt created exclusively for James J. Fox in collaboration with J.J. Corry. Walnuts, preserved fruit and chocolate orange lead its character, with butterscotch sweetness balanced by notes of tobacco and leather.
Selected by James J. Fox, the final marriage brings together bourbon-matured malt finished in two styles of sherry cask. It offers a layered, nutty interpretation of Irish whiskey, suited to drinkers who enjoy generous sherry influence with savoury detail alongside the fruit.
