Our latest (summer 2023) single cask collaboration, done with our friends at Teeling Whiskey Co.
This limited-edition whiskey was made from peated single malt that was distilled in Teeling Distillery in 2016, and has matured exclusively in a PX Sherry cask from the renowned Ximénez Spínola Bodegas in Jerez.
For this first Teeling Blackpitts single cask release ever created, Cask #29694 was selected by the team at James J. Fox Dublin and bottled at cask strength of 60.5%, with a yield of just 294 bottles.

Tasting notes:
Nose: A rollercoaster of ripe stone fruit, marzipan, a pinch of tobacco leaf, surrounded by a distant whiff of bonfire smoke.
Palate: The citrus oil takes the lead, evolving into orchard fruits with a sprinkle of cinnamon – all under a cloud of peat smoke, adding layers to be discovered by your taste buds.
Finish: This grand finale can't be missed. Orange bitters meet peat smoke and both engage in a dance on the palate that just doesn't go away. Once you think it's over, the bitters come back for one more tune!
