Selected from the bonder’s library of mature stocks, its bourbon and sherry cask influences give the fruit a richer backdrop of vanilla and baked-pastry sweetness. Palate: Ripe white stone fruit & lime, with minerality & pink pepper corns
Finish: Medium length, minerals again with dried grapefruit & apple notes
