Fercullen Single Malt is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey made entirely at Powerscourt Distillery in County Wicklow. Matured in bourbon barrels, it combines fresh orchard fruit with creamy malt, vanilla and gentle oak.
Apple and pear aromas meet buttery pastry and baking spice, followed by richer custard and caramel flavours on the palate. The finish brings warming wood spice, honeyed almonds and stewed fruit.
Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers a direct introduction to Powerscourt’s own single malt style, with an approachable balance of fruit, sweetness and spice.
