The first entry in the Cask Finish Series by Clonakilty Atlantic Distillery in Co. Cork. It's a polished blend, finished in port barrels. Expect fresh and zesty aromas on the nose, enriched with spiciness on the palate and lingering all the way to the finish.

Nose: Sweet Apples, Ripe Peaches and Vanilla Cream.
Palate: Fresh Fruit, Hint of Raisins and Soft Spice.
