Shortcross Rye & Malt Cask Strength combines Irish-grown malted rye and malted barley in a concentrated whiskey from Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down. Orange peel, caramel and fudge meet ginger, honey and fresh fruit, giving it a generous balance of sweetness and spice.

Double distillation in copper pot stills and maturation in virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels shape its distinctive character. Distilled, matured and bottled on the estate, it offers a direct expression of Shortcross’s approach to grain and wood.
