Matured for over two decades in a combination of sherry casks, American oak, and rare Mizunara (Japanese oak), this exceptional blend is celebrated worldwide for its poise, depth, and timeless sophistication.

On the nose, it offers a captivating bouquet of fresh berries, ripe tropical fruits, caramelised nuts, and rich sherry spice, lifted by hints of vanilla and sandalwood. The palate unfolds gracefully with layers of dark cherry, apple tart, and preserved apricots, complemented by sweet caramel, oak spice, and a whisper of smoke.

The finish is long, elegant, and resonant—a lingering interplay of smoke, fruit, and wood that perfectly embodies its name, Hibiki, meaning “resonance” in Japanese.
