Fox Provost is a mellow, traditional mixture in which American Cavendish and Virginia tobaccos play the leading roles. Its character is built around softness and balance, with the Cavendish bringing a smooth, rounded quality to the naturally sweet Virginia foundation.
Rather than pursuing the smoky character of an English mixture or the pronounced flavouring of a modern aromatic, Provost offers an understated tobacco profile with gentle sweetness and an easy-going disposition. The prominent American Cavendish gives the mixture its distinctive mellowness, while Virginia provides brightness and natural tobacco character.
Smooth, balanced and approachable, Provost is a quietly distinctive member of the Fox range.
