Dublin Liberties Oak Devil is a single malt Irish whiskey that has been matured for 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% without chill filtration. Its name comes from an oak, devil-like statuette that could be seen in a seventeenth-century alleyway in Dublin's "Hell" district, an area around today's Christchurch renowned for is taverns, bed and breakfasts and general drinking culture.
