Hibiki 21 Year Old is a mature Japanese blend with rich fruit, caramel sweetness and fragrant wood notes. Cooked fruit and blackberry lead into honeycomb, dried apricot and sandalwood, with a long, incense-scented finish giving it a distinctive aromatic depth.
Combining malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with grain whisky from Chita, it brings together carefully selected components aged for at least twenty-one years. Its smooth, rounded style suits an unhurried tasting, with sweetness, fruit and oak unfolding gradually in the glass.
