The Dingle Celtic Wheel of the Year series is a limited release featuring first-fill Bourbon casks with a long finish in various wine, sherry and port casks. There is a total of nine in the series with releases featuring both Single Malt and Single Pot Still.
This series is the first released from Dingle Distillery with cask finishes.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted in brown sugar, toffee apple, icing sugar.
Palate: Tropical fruits, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnuts.
Finish: A nice clean finish with spiced fruits and warm caramel notes.
