Covid-19 Updates
Dear Customers,
As the Government is implementing measures in response to the Covid-19 emergency, please note the following if you intend to visit our store or place an order:
- Our Grafton Street store is now open for regular business 7 days a week: Monday–Saturday 10am–6:30pm; Sundays & Bank Holidays 12:30pm–6:30pm. In line with the government guidelines, please ensure you've got a face covering while on the premises.
- Orders for delivery or collection can be placed here on our website, or by calling 01 677 0533 during our business hours.
- If you order with delivery, your order will be processed as normal (Monday–Friday). Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excl. weekends, though we advise to allow extra time for delivery, as delays may occur in processing and transit.
- If you order with in-store collection, please wait for a message indicating that your order is ready for collection. If you don't receive one in within 24 hours (excl. weekends), please check your spam/junk mail or get in touch to enquire the status of your order.
