Dingle's Wheel of Time range strikes again – their 5th entry is inspired by celebrations of winter solstice (Grianstad an Gheimhridh), a time of year that's all about the dark of night drawing in.
The Tawny Port finish is sure to keep you warm these cold winter nights, goes very well with sounds of cracking wood in a fire!
Tasting notes:
Nose: Ice cream soda, blackcurrant jelly, banana caramel, pomegranate, cinnamon toast and warm ginger.
Palate: Red berry fruits, dark chocolate, warm cloves, creamy soft fudge.
Finish: The spice mellows leaving a lingering sweetness on the tip of the tongue.
