Rested for 12 months in hand selected French Oak casks, originally containing Apple Brandy this is a cask strength whiskey with a refined finish and flavours of candies apples and sherbet. Finished in French oak casks that originally held Apple Brandy.

Limited to 282 bottles.

    Tasting notes:
    Nose: Apple drops, chocolate, nuts and spice.

    Palate: Sticky citrus and apple juice, tart apple skin and gentle warming spice.

    Finish: Gentle cinnamon and toasted oak.
