Our latest (late 2021) single cask collaboration, done with our friends at Teeling Whiskey Co.

This single pot still whiskey is crafted using a recipe of 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley which was triple distilled in Teeling's Dublin distillery in 2016 and fully matured in an American Virgin Oak cask, exclusively chosen for its exceptional quality. Bottled in September 2021 at cask strength (62.6%), with no chill filtration or added colouring.

Enjoy this new incarnation of the Spirit of Dublin – serve neat for full experience, or add a drop of water to soften and open it up.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Charred Oak, marmalade on toast with cinnamon and melon

Palate: Caramel toffee sweetness balanced by a white pepper spiciness

Finish: Spiced caramel combined with hints of chocolate
