Limited to just 4,000 bottles, the Teeling Whiskey Company is proud to introduce this special bottling of some of the oldest single malt Irish whiskey ever bottled. This 30 Year Old single malt was first distilled in 1991 and matured in Bourbon casks, then allowed to marry in Sauternes wine casks, allowing for a wholly unique Irish whiskey tasting experience.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Luxurious combination of fresh orchard fruits, roasted nuts and chocolate.
Palate: Velvety smooth with real depth of peach and apricot, hints of citrus fruits are interwoven with a light touch of smoke and herbal woody notes.
Finish: Long, lingering fruit notes with a distinctive mix of spicy oak and smoked sea salt.
