The Curator's Series 0.1 was designed to be intriguing both neat and with a mixer. It's a blend of first-fill bourbon-matured grain (3 year old), American oak-matured malt and port cask-matured malt.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Vanilla Custard with Nutmeg, Sweet Pear, Peach and Pineapple.
Palate: Initial Burst of Vanilla followed by Fruit – Fresh Pears and Apple Drops.
