The Method and Madness Single Pot Still is the result of Irish Distiller's curiosity to experiment with different types of wooden barrels. Initially aged in ex-Sherry and American Oak casks, this pot still has been finished in chestnut casks from France. The influence of the chestnut is evident in its bronze colour as well as in its sweet and spicy flavour.
