The Quick Brown Fox is a collaboration between Whiskey Bonder, J.J. Corry, and us in James J. Fox Dublin. Two brands born out of Ireland's 'golden era' of whiskey, both marques endure and are noted for high-class goods today.

This Single Malt Irish Whiskey was firstly matured in grade A ex-Bourbon barrels, before being disgorged into Amontillado and Oloroso Sherry Casks, sourced directly from Montilla and Jerez by J.J. Corry founder, Louise McGuane, in her search for unique flavours.

The final blend we chose yields a single malt with layers of nuttiness, walnuts in particular, rich preserved fruit, with sweet balsamic and the slightest hint of tobacco, making it the perfect accompaniment for a cigar and a slow night in good company.

This release is limited to 180 individually numbered bottles.
