The fifth release of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey brings to the fore, exclusive maturation in first-fill Bourbon casks. This release gives a sense of the unique flavour profile of Dingle Whiskey, which has been achieved through a meticulous approach to the art of distillation. 

Limited to 3000 bottles on the Irish market, this is the fifth and final release of the Dingle Single Pot Still releases. 

Tasting notes:
Nose: A touch of gentle spice on the nose & hints of caramel/toffee.

Palate: Hints of coconut & salted caramel are followed by flaked almonds, white chocolate and marzipan with a traditional Single Pot Still herbal spice.

Finish: Warm and soothing finish with the trademark Single Pot Still spice.
