Welcome Bealtaine, the 3rd release in Dingles Wheel of the Year series.

This limited edition Single Pot Still whiskey has been matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in first-fill Shiraz wine casks from Teusner Wines in the Barossa Valley, Australia

Limited to 5500 bottles globally, with a small number available here in Ireland. 

Tasting notes:
Nose: Blackcurrant jam on freshly toasted bread, sun dried raisins, sweet dates and vanilla cream.

Palate: Warm dark cherries in syrup, chewy nutty caramel, rhubarb and custard, velvety dark chocolate.

Finish: A clinging, syrupy texture slowly melts leaving a warm spice sensation.
