A blend of single pot still and single malt whiskey, initially matured in American ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished in a Deau XO Cognac Cask (seasoned in Deau XO for up to 15 years) for further 9 months. This interesting combination results in smooth summer berry notes and rich chocolate undertones.
