There was a time when every Irish Pub blended their own whiskey, and each publican put their heart into it and their pub's reputation rested on it. This tradition is being revived from Dublin's famous Temple Bar, with the Temple Bar Original Irish Whiskey, a blend of grain and malt whiskeys, aged in both bourbon and port barrels before being married together.
