Method & Madness Single Grain is the first single grain Irish Whiskey to come from Irish Distillers. It has gone through an initial maturation in ex-bourbon, American oak casks and finished for 12 months in virgin Spanish oak casks from Galicia. The result is a unique whiskey that combines the oak wood spiciness and the natural sweetness of the grain, bottled at 46%.

Nose: New Pencil Shavings, Light Rose Petal, and Fresh Rain on Pine.
Palate: Warm Toasted Oak, Fresh Peeled Grapefruit, Zesty Wood Spices and Sweet Cereal Notes.
