Method and Madness Irish Micro Distilled Gin

Method and Madness is a brand that's well known for its Irish whiskey, but this is their interesting attempt at making Irish gin. Using the oldest pot still in Ireland, 16 different botanicals were used (including black lemon and Irish gorse flower) to micro distill this spirit, resulting in prominent citrus and herbal notes.
