This is the first of the Maduro series launched within the Partagás brand. It is characterised by its dark maduro wrapper as a result of the extra fermentation period, enhancing its full flavour. The Partagás Maduro No. 1 also features a new and attractive product design - a bofeton (a protective leaf of paper inside the box) and costero (the coloured strip on the short sides of the box) in brown colour, and a small band that accompanies the traditional ring of the brand, also in the same colour, with the name of this new vitola.
